Request Interpretation

Translation and interpretation requests can be made by using the forms below. Please contact the the MPS Communications Department with questions.

• Translation Request Form 

Use this form to request translation services in Milwaukee Public Schools. MPS accommodates the needs of students and parents whose main language is not English.  

• Translation of IEP documents:

This form is for Specialized Services only. Use this form to request translation of IEP documents

• Interpretation Request Form 

Use this form to request interpreters for a Milwaukee Public Schools meeting or event. MPS can provide interpreting services with receivers and headphones for up to 75 people.  

• Interpretation for IEPs:

This form is for Specialized Services only. Use this form to request interpreters for IEPs.
